Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to an 84-year-old gentleman in his own home in Newbury. The individual has Lewy Body Dementia and kidney failure, and requires consistent, person-centred support to maintain comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life. This is a Monday to Sunday rota-based position, with shifts provided in advance. you will be paid weekly.
