Complex Care Assistant

Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child and support him to reach his full potential. 

Carers will be working along side our nurses supporting the child with a variety of clinical interventions.

This can range from supporting with TPN feeding, monitoring nebulisers and ventilation equipment, support with respiration and oxygen saturation, suctioning, medication administration via JEJ (Jejunostomy) and providing personal care. 

What you’ll need

Experience in following would be greatly advantageous prior to being interviewed for the position:

• Experience of working in a complex care setting.
• PEJ.
• Ventilation Support (Stellar 150 Knowledge In Particular)
• Administering medication.
• Using suction machines. (Cough assist & nebulisers)
