**Description:**
You will be the Completion Supervisor, F-16 Build Team - Level 3 for the F-16 Build Team which is responsible for overseeing weekend‑shift manufacturing of critical F‑16 structural components.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Completion Supervisor, F-16 Build Team you will be responsible for leading the weekend shift (Fri‑Sun) to deliver high‑quality F‑16 structures on schedule.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead weekend‑shift manufacturing of critical F‑16 structural components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and schedule commitments.
+ Manage safety, quality, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process controls throughout the shift.
+ Develop and execute strategies to handle out‑of‑station work and maintain continuous production flow.
+ Supervise the build process for F‑16 Block 70 sub‑assemblies, including forward fuselage and cockpit structures.
