Job Description
The Complaint Consultant role is a key member of the Canadian Complaints Office team and reports to the Director of the Complaint Office. The team is responsible for critical functions of handling complaints for the Canada Segment and supporting the reporting and regulatory needs.Position ResponsibilitiesPartnering with key stakeholders such as legal and complianceSupporting Regulator requests by phone and emailReviewing and gathering information related to new, ongoing and historical Complaint casesWriting formal responses to regulatory inquiriesSupporting regulatory reporting on Complaint filesRequired QualificationsExperience with formal written communicationExperience working with (or in) Compliance functionsExperience working with regulatorsBilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
