The Senior Benefits Analyst is a strategic Total Rewards role responsible for high-level benefits escalation management, vendor governance, and strategic analytics for the Philippines. This role influences long-term benefits design, benchmarking, and Total Rewards strategy through market insights and data-driven recommendations. Serves as the second-line owner of escalated benefits issues — partnering with leadership to drive strategic improvements — and ensures that benefits programs align with policy intent, compliance requirements, employee experience standards, and market competitiveness.
