Compensation and Benefits Officer

As a Compensation and Benefits Officer , you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of the organization’s total rewards programs, covering compensation, benefits and HR information systems.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Participate in the annual salary and benefits review, conducting benchmarking and providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Assist the Department Head in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit reports required by internal stakeholders, government agencies, and regional or head offices.
• Serve as the main contact person for service providers, including healthcare and life insurance providers, retirement trustees, consultants, and drug testing centers.
