Job Description
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs to ensure fair and competitive pay structures within GROB. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis and compensation strategy and is knowledgeable about HR practices and laws affecting compensation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization and ensures the descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents
- Design and implement compensation plans that align with company objectives for recruitment and retention
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position
