Company Nurse

Schedule: Mid Shift

The Company Nurse provides onsite medical support, promotes employee health and wellness, and ensures compliance with occupational health standards. The role also involves administering healthcare benefits, and leading employee engagement initiatives, particularly for Cebu site activities

Responsibilities:

Clinical and Onsite Healthcare Services

• Provide first aid treatment, emergency response, and basic medical care to employees onsite
• Perform routine health assessments, including vital signs monitoring and pre-employment medical reviews
• Maintain and manage employee medical records in compliance with data privacy regulations
• Administer prescribed medications and facilitate referrals to accredited healthcare providers when necessary
• Monitor and support employees with chronic or work-related health conditions
