As a Company Nurse / Admin Staff, you are responsible for safeguarding the overall health and well‑being of employees, fostering a healthy work environment, providing comprehensive healthcare services and promoting wellness initiatives.

Other requirements include the following:

• Assist the implementation of health and safety standards in the company.
• Assist in bringing employees to the hospital when needed.
• Administer first aid treatments and immediate relief to employees as needed.
• Maintain all medical records of employees.
• Dispense, monitor, and issue medicines.
• Manage and facilitate annual physical examinations of employees.
• Manage and coordinate all health issues of employees (including routine monitoring of health conditions).
• Prepare and submit annual health reports and other health‑related reports mandated by the government.
