About the role:

We have a unique opportunity for a Company Doctor to join our in-house Occupational Health Department at JCB. This role is 4‑days per week and is central to supporting the health, wellbeing, and productivity of our workforce. You’ll work closely with Management, HR, and Health & Safety teams to ensure our people remain fit, healthy, and supported throughout their careers at JCB.

This is not your typical clinical position. As JCB’s Company Doctor, you’ll have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of our people every single day.
