Community & Talent Lead for AI‑Driven Finance

Sapien seeks a hybrid Community Builder/Recruiting Lead to work closely with the CEO in shaping Sapien's community and talent strategy. You will build relationships in tech and finance ecosystems, running a pipeline of candidates and end-to-end events in multiple cities, while aligning with cross-functional teams.
