Community Support Worker (Driver)

Key Responsibilities

As a support worker you will support adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities to live their best lives. You will engage with service users and build trusting, therapeutic relationships. The role includes visiting service users in their own homes or other settings and offering practical support to enable them to live independently while also providing emotional support in accordance with their individual support plans. You will help with daily living tasks such as cooking, appointments, medication and money management.

Working Hours and Conditions

We have both full‑time and part‑time hours available, 37.5 and 22.5 per week, to be worked on a flexible rota. The ability to lone work, using your own initiative, is essential for this role.
