Job Description
Lead clinical services at Sunnyside Home in Waterloo as a Community Programs Supervisor. Focus on improving participant wellbeing and ensure excellence in service delivery through effective supervision.
As a community practice supervisor, you will manage the overnight stay program, developing individualized care plans that enhance participant quality of life. This role requires leadership skills in supervising nursing staff and compliance management with health regulations. Weekend and evening shifts, along with an on-call rotation, are part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing operations for service quality
• Develop and implement participant service plans
• Oversee daily operations of the overnight stay program
