Job Description
Acorns Childrens Hospice is looking for a Community Partnership Worker for our Worcester hospice to develop a peer support programme and youth leadership programme, with the aim to increase grief literacy. You’ll also work closely with schools and community organisations to ensure they are equipped to support bereaved siblings.

As a Community Partnership Worker, you will:
- Map community assets across Acorns regions
- Be responsible for the creation of resources covering topics which matter most to young people.
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to promote a public health approach to palliative and end‑of‑life care.
