An exciting opportunity for Community Nurses has arisen in the Sudbury Integrated Neighbourhood Team. The team are based in a modern Health Centre in Sudbury which is a historic market town surrounded by picturesque villages. The Sudbury Health Centre is the base for a wide range of other health professionals and agencies including Adult Social Care and a GP practice so we are able to work together in a fully integrated way.
The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of community nursing and will be joining a dynamic, friendly team of community nurses, community matrons, therapists and social care staff. You will be providing nursing services to patients in the community and have the chance to work in an autonomous manner with the support of the wider multi-disciplinary team within the hospital and across the West Suffolk Alliance.
