Salary: Rs 15000 - 20000 / month Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Mobiliser to support candidate enrollment for our short-term skill development programs conducted at our Hosur Training Centre. This is primarily an office-based role with minimal fieldwork. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective candidates from the leads provided by the organization, counseling them about the training programs, and converting them into enrollments. Key Responsibilities Contact prospective candidates through phone calls using leads provided by the organization.
