About the Role: You'll be the heartbeat of BHIVE's ecosystem, driving daily engagement, scaling event operations, and ensuring members feel genuinely connected. As the face on the floor, you'll manage community engagement, coordinate flagship events, and drive business outcomes-retention, decision-maker depth, and NPS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Advocacy: Interact with members daily, understand their businesses, and champion their wins
- Content & Engagement: Own WhatsApp, Slack, and member newsletters to keep the community active and relevant
- Connector Role: Enable meaningful introductions between founders, investors, and operators-driving real business value
