Community Development Field Facilitator – Local Impact

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking Field Facilitators to support our project initiatives in Tacloban and surrounding areas in Eastern Visayas. The successful candidates will ensure compliance with donor requirements and work closely with local communities and key stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in Community Development/Public Health, two years of field/project operation experience, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Local applicants are encouraged to apply.
