At Home Instead, we carefully match our Community Care Assistants with clients based on personality, interests, and compatibility. This allows meaningful relationships to develop and helps us provide exceptional care.
Hours are built through ongoing client matches. Once you are matched with clients, those visits are recurring each week, allowing you to develop a regular schedule and increase your hours over time as additional clients are introduced. You will be engaged on a zero-hours contract, meaning there is no guaranteed minimum number of hours, but you’ll be offered work as client matches become available, with ...
