As a vital member of the Leadership Team, the Program Director supports program managers and promotes person-centered practices. This position requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to maintain high engagement with staff, families, and community partners. The successful candidate will develop policies and oversee program proposals while upholding the values of Communitas.
