Job Description
The Communications & Storytelling Lead, AI-Native Engineering is a global role responsible for leading the storytelling and communications strategy for Pfizer’s AI-native engineering transformation. This role translates the work of engineering teams to demonstrate, across divisions, what our platforms make possible and how they're helping teams reinvent the way they work with AI. This role builds engagement across the broader organization and provides executive leadership a clear, credible view of the value being created. The role sets the creative direction, voice, and look of the work, combining strategic communications leadership with hands-on content creation, live-event design, and leading the team.
