Communications Senior Country Lead PACA

Position Purpose

The Country Communications Lead PACA (localized in Bogota, Colombia) brings an enterprise mindset and demonstrates VACC leadership behaviours, serving as a trusted communications advisor, reputation steward, and strategic business partner across the Andean, Central America and Caribbean (PACA) cluster. Reporting directly to the North Latam & Conosur Communications Head, the incumbent drives communication outcomes across PACA, ensuring Communications contributes meaningfully to business priorities, stakeholder trust, organizational transformation, and long‑term reputation building.

The position is the most senior Coms role in the territory and represents the function in the Paca region.
