DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Communications
Develop and implement communications plans that support organizational priorities, operational initiatives, change management, and employee engagement.
Provide strategic communications advice to leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts throughout the planning and implementation of initiatives.
Identify communications risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies and tactics.
Internal Communications
Develop clear, engaging content for internal audiences, including all-team emails, intranet stories, leadership communications, presentations, key messages, FAQs, and briefing materials.
Support organizational campaigns, events, recognition initiatives, and other employee engagement activities.
Ensure messaging is aligned, consistent, accessible, and reflects Lakeridge Health's brand and values.
