About the role:

Join us as our Communication Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art biotechnological manufacturing site in Neuchâtel. You will be instrumental in supporting our organization’s objectives while enhancing its reputation.

How you will contribute:

Reporting to the Site Head, you oversee site communication to internal and external audiences, manage change initiatives, and act as a company spokesperson.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and producing written and visual communications for internal and external audiences,
• Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight,
