Communication Analyst-Overdraft Collections

The successful candidate will bring strong production discipline, sound editorial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight turnaround times. The role also supports leader communications through presentation preparation, coordinates photography/headshot sessions and event coverage, and leads planning and execution for **Employee Appreciation Week (EAW)** and overall **Employee Engagement Team (EET)** programming and coordination within ODC.
**Job Responsibilities**

+ Own and oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle for ODC videos, including **content planning** , **video recording, editing, quality review, final approvals, and publishing** , ensuring content is accurate, aligned to internal messaging standards, and delivered on schedule.
