Commodity Purchasing buyer in Europe with support to the other regions for E‑Systems reporting to Commodity Manager located in Lear Valls.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of the Commodity strategy and own daily actions
- Single contact for suppliers and cross functional teams for all Commodity activities in Europe
- Develop new commodity suppliers according to the strategy and follow up their implementation within Lear
- Achieve savings commodity target through negotiation and MCE implementation
- MCE ideas follow-up with cross functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, etc.). Prepare supplier workshop agenda (contacts, timing, invitations, etc.)
- Support entire Product life cycle from Customer new programs award stages through mass production and until End of Life
