We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Commissioning Technician to join our train facility in Newton Aycliffe. In this exciting role the successful candidate will undertake test & commissioning, corrective and preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of rolling stock assets.
You will work on contract with TXM Recruit at Hitachi Rail - Manufacturing Facility, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.
Standard houry rate £32.13 Umbrella or £23.46 PAYE (Overtime rates are paid at time and half and double time)
Monday to Friday standard 7am - 3pm (other hours and shifts may be required which will be discussed at interview)
Role and Responsibilities:Carry out dynamic testing for several test trains before their release into service. Complete complex tasks such as troubleshooting, testing, quality control, tuning and repairs. Complete test reports, internal adjustments, and pending ...
