Job Description
We are on behalf of our client looking for a C**ommissioning System Responsible (Piping & Mechanical)**for a project in Verdal, Norway.
**Responsibilities and tasks**:
- Ensure that all parts of the system, part-system, or area are properly marked with warning signs, commissioning tape, and tags before livening up the system.
- Ensure to isolate and secure the system or area before granting permission for entry or intervention.
- Assess PTWs (Permits to Work) with regards to access and safety precautions. Prepare for approval within the organization.
- Secure live power systems in accordance with prevailing safety procedures.
- Define compensating measures in case of shutdown of safety systems or when these are not in operation.
- Evaluate PTWs with regards to extension and approval.
- Provide discipline input to commissioning test procedures for other systems.
- Participate in the development of governing documents, work instructions for the execution phase,...
