This is a role designed for a technical expert who can not only execute complex functional performance testing but also manage client relationships, project budgets, and the professional development of junior staff. The Ideal Candidate would be the primary advocate for the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), ensuring that complex systems in Healthcare and Higher Education environments operate at peak efficiency.
