Commissioning Professional Career Level

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in commissioning activities such as: Utility infrastructure, mechanical and plumbing systems, building automation systems/controls, building/facility systems/components, and facility O&M.
• Healthcare Experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and TAB process mechanical testing and code requirements
• US Citizenship
• Ability to travel up to 50%; travel may include multi-week field assignments, and periodic long-term assignments may be required
• Industry-recognized commissioning certification is a plus
• We are looking for staff who are mechanical/plumbing discipline and buildings & healthcare focused, not exclusively electrical and petro-chem background (do not submit those types of candidates).
