Assisting the Chef de Rang in table setup, ensuring all cutlery, glassware, and crockery are impeccably presented Serving water, bread, and other accompaniments to guests promptly and attentively Delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring proper presentation and temperature Clearing plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables during meal service, keeping the dining area clean and organized Restocking service stations with necessary supplies, such as clean linen, crockery, and condiments Assisting in the efficient re-setting of tables for new guests and according to standards Polishing cutlery and glasses to ensure an impeccabl...
