Responsibilities:
Assisting in daily kitchen prep and service
Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
Supporting section chefs during operations
Ensuring consistency in plating and preparation
Handling ingredients with care and discipline
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations
Following SOPs and kitchen systems efficiently
