**Role Summary**
The Commercial Solution Consultant is a strategic technical partner embedded within Commercial Account Teams. This role brings deep expertise in our product suites and technical capabilities to shape deals, address complex customer questions, and ensure solution feasibility throughout the sales cycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, the consultant bridges business needs with technical solutions, driving confidence and clarity for customers and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Own Technical Discovery and Qualification**
+ Partner with Sales and Product Solutions Consultants to conduct in-depth technical discovery with customer stakeholders.
+ Assess infrastructure, integration needs, deployment preferences (cloud vs. on-prem), and security requirements.
+ Identify technical gaps and validate solution feasibility based on product capabilities and delivery models.
