This position is responsible for driving retail and net sales performance while building strong field execution capability and team leadership. This role ensures sustainable business growth by balancing people development, retail excellence, and commercial performance ownership across all channels.
1. Business & Sales Leadership (30%)
Own and deliver retail sales and net sales targets, including budget and expense management
Analyze performance by store/door/channel and define actionable growth plans to drive sustainable business growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and market share
Drive market share growth through strategic initiatives and strong retailer partnerships
Monitor productivity (store, channels) and optimize performance
