The Commercial Refrigeration Technicians Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems across one or more facilities or portfolios. This position is responsible for supervising a team of technicians while driving operational excellence, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. As part of CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services function, the Supervisor combines hands‑on technical expertise with strategic oversight, supporting preventive maintenance programs, managing resources, and responding to complex operational and emergency challenges.
