We are seeking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be supporting lawyers with commercial lending transactions, performing tasks like preparing mortgage documents, coordinating with lenders, managing file closings.
