Commercial Project Manager/Estimator

Role Summary

The Commercial Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for sourcing, estimating, securing, and delivering profitable commercial work through effective planning and execution from bid to completion. Commercial refers to non-residential projects, including retail, industrial, multi-family, institutional, municipal, agricultural, parkade repairs, and restoration-related work.

The Role Includes

• Identifying commercial opportunities through bidding platforms, RFPs, industry relationships, referrals, and strategic networking
• Assisting in the development and growth of Shield's Commercial Division, including helping establish processes, systems, subcontractor relationships, crews, and operational resources required to support long-term growth
