Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts.Proven experience dealing with services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, or e-commerce agreements.Partnering and supporting a fast-paced sales or business organisation by managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a paralegal within a commercial law environment.Good academic credentials.In-house legal experience is strongly preferred (directly, or as a secondee).Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.You must have the right to work in the UK.
