Commercial Operations Intern (Polanco, CDMX)

What will you do?

• Support the management and follow-up of commercial processes, from quotation to order execution.
• Track customer requests and opportunities, keeping information updated in SAP .
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, orders, and documentation.
• Monitor project and order status in SAP , identifying risks or delays.
• Support basic analysis of commercial and operational data to find improvement opportunities.
• Maintain constant communication with customers to provide updates and support.
