Minimum Requirements Relevant tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Commerce, or a related field Minimum 4-5 years' experience in the fruit export / commercial trading industry, with demonstrated ownership of client accounts (not only execution or support experience) Valid driver's license and own vehicle A proven track record taking initiative and solving problems independently Strong, precise administrative discipline - able to manage documentation and process accurately without repeated correction Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and minimal day-to-day supervision The ability to exercise discretion - flagging what matters, resolving what doesn't need input, and always ensuring key issues relating to financial, relationships and product impacts are communicated with management timeously Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally Willingness to work long and sometimes irregular hours in line with trading and shipping schedules Duties and Res...
