Concor Construction Pty Ltd invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Commercial Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for vetting and approving the terms and conditions of any tenders/proposals submitted by the estimating department and assessing project viability; coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and resolving contractual and commercial negotiations, claims, and disputes. Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities

Successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Take responsibility for all commercial aspects of the Platform.
• Commercial reviews of tenders and preparation of risk and opportunity schedules.
