Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function at our Rugby site, covering both site services and manufacturing operations. This role has a strong focus on high-value contracts within Hydro, Navy, and major rotating machinery projects, ensuring robust commercial governance across the entire project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for end-to-end commercial management, including contract negotiation, risk management, claims strategy, and financial performance. Working closely with Business Managers, Project Management, and Sales teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially effectively, and with risk appropriately managed.
