1. Commercial Strategy & Business Growth Develop annual and medium-term commercial strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities. Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions. Develop strategies that strengthen KIC's market position and brand presence. Support the launch of new products and market expansion initiatives. 2. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Set and monitor sales targets across all territories.
