Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Support Executives.
- Manage workload allocation, capacity planning, and daily operational priorities.
- Establish quality standards and ensure deliverables meet sales partner expectations.
- Oversee customer engagement support, data management, reporting, and operational execution.
- Monitor SLA performance and proactively address operational gaps.
- Act as the primary liaison between the support team and Commercial Operations leadership.
- Manage escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements, including GDPR and PDPA.
- Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and operational initiatives.
