The role which has come about due to company growth will play a critical leadership role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably, efficiently, and in line with contractual and financial controls, supporting continued company growth This role bridges operations, procurement, project delivery, and accounts, ensuring commercial visibility from tender stage through to final account. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Financial Management Oversee the commercial performance of all live projects. Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting. Ensure accurate cost capture against project/job numbers. Review project margins and identify commercial risks or overspend. Lead monthly commercial reviews with Project Managers and Directors.
