Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work with our team of commercial litigators on a variety of challenging, sophisticated, and complex litigation cases, representing a broad range of clients. This role will have a particular focus on litigating matters related to blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies and other digital assets.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience working on complex litigation files
- Experience with (or an interest in) fraud and cryptocurrency litigation files is considered an asset
- Strong technical, legal, research, drafting, and organization skills
- Demonstrated strengths in entrepreneurialism including client service, client relationships and client development
- Ability to work with lawyers at all levels and be a team player
- Ability to balance competing demands as well as be self‑motivated, innovative and flexible
