COMMERCIAL LEASING MANAGER - Abidjan, with frequent travel within West Africa

A real estate developer is seeking a Commercial Leasing Manager to support the development of major commercial real estate projects in West Africa. Reporting to the Africa Commercial Director, the role involves leading all pre-leasing and leasing activities for multiple flagship retail developments in the region.

The successful candidate will act as the main commercial representative for West Africa.

Responsibilities

-Develop and implement prospecting strategies for each project

-Achieve pre-leasing targets & build and manage a structured tenant pipeline

-Identify tenant needs and negotiate tailored lease agreements

-Coordinate tenant requirements (fit-out, technical adjustments, etc.)

-Support tenants through opening and early operations
