Commercial Leasing Executive - Developer

My client has developed a sizeable portfolio of commercial assets on the South Side. Due to a recent promotion, the opportunity to join the commercial team is currently being recruited.
 
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate ideally no less than two-years leasing commercial space and be able to read and interpret a commercial lease.

The Responsibilities:

Assisting in identification & securing new tenancies

Negotiation of lease renewals

Documentation; Lease management, occupancy rental reports

Dealing with stakeholders; solicitors, project, projects teams & external leasing agents

Competitor reporting including demand, pricing, etc.

Database management

This is a great role for someone who is looking to learn and take their commercial leasing experience to the next level. You will have one-on-one training and development from the commercial property team.
