Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join a leading company in a regulated industry.
This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong experience in commercial contracts, legal advisory, negotiation, and M&A , with the ability to partner closely with internal stakeholders and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Key Requirements
- Law Degree with professional license / bar registration in Mexico — mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience working with regulated companies or industries .
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and contract/document management tools.
