Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Manager)
As a Client Service Manager, you will support our Producers and deliver exemplary service to new and existing clients, building strong relationships with insurers and other industry service providers.
Your day as a Client Service Manager
- Proactively manage a volume of business by reviewing a client’s risk and claims history and providing coverage and solutions accordingly.
- Ensure maximum retention of existing clients by providing exceptional service through regular communication.
- Respond to phone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Client Executive in the growth of business volume.
